My friend, Brian, takes time regularly for regular messages of gratitude, often about the simplest of things. Since I have known him and witnessed this practice, I have seen him appear much happier and much more connected with others. It is truly sweet to see this happen.
For me, I need something more than it being Tuesday or Thursday to express thanks. I need a holiday to do it beyond my family.
I am grateful for all of you who watch my videos and listen to my podcasts. I am grateful for all of you who trust me to help you as a coach. I am grateful for all of you who give freely in order to support the world with your many gifts. I am grateful for my wife and son and all they do to bring joy into my life.
Being grateful shouldn’t require a holiday but, for me, it does. If it does for you, perhaps a blog post, a video, a podcast or a Facebook post can be your way.
