Why doesn’t your resume get results? It’s really easy to understand and correct.

Why doesn’t your resume get results? Why are they not getting me interviews? It’s really very easy.

They don’t really care about everything that you’ve done. They care about everything that you’ve done that relates to what they need. And if you’re sending the same generic resume out over and over again, like the broken watch, that’s right twice a day, guess what’s gonna happen? DELETE.

So connect the dots for interviewers so they understand exactly exactly what you’ve done that relates to the job description that you’ve seen, or what you’ve been told by the employee who’s recommended that you apply, etc, etc, etc.
