Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team as we continue to build the future of workplace learning. This individual will own product design across a SaaS application, including developing a design library and designing all new features.

• Own end-to-end product design strategy and execution
• Conduct ongoing design audits to evaluate product design opportunities
• Create and maintain a design library through Figma to unify styles and accelerate future releases
• Leads the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
• Plans and defines the strategy for the direction of future iterations.
• Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and works through details.
• Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure mockups translate to functional features
• Develops high-level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, and aesthetically engaging, but also produces results.
• Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
• Develops and maintains detailed user-interface specifications.
• Contributes to the group’s shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies

• 3+ years of significant experience in Product Design, creating production-ready designs for B2B SaaS applications
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using design and prototyping tools
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining component libraries
• Ability to function as a standalone designer on a small team that moves quickly
• Strong communication skills—can clearly articulate the “why” behind your design decisions to your peers and cross-functional teams; comfortable giving and receiving feedback
• Strong collaboration skills—comfortable and excited about building relationships with not only Continu customers, but also the customer success, marketing, and engineering teams
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
