Compensation & Benefits:

  • Providers in the practice making $750k-$800k+
  • $650k base salary plus production bonuses
  • $100k signing bonus, $10k relocation stipend, residency/fellowship stipend
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, malpractice with tail, and more

    Position Details:


  • Established, long-standing ENT practice – over 1000 monthly referrals
  • Bread-and-butter cases; Specialty interests welcome – cochlear implant program, facial plastics, and more
  • 6 ENTs, 4 highly experienced PAs, and 5 audiologists onsite
  • Full autonomy to design your ideal 4-day work week (32 hours per week) with OR block scheduling
  • No production quotas – opportunity to have a relaxed practice or be as busy as you want to be
