Wellesley – Part Time Nanny/Household Assistant (27 hours/week) – ASAP Start

• A busy Wellesley family is searching for a part time nanny/household assistant to begin as soon as the right match is found. You’ll work with 3 girls, ages 12, 9, and 6, who all attend full day school.
• The schedule for this position is M/Tu/Th/F 1:30pm-6:30pm and W 11:30am-6:30pm for a guarantee of 27 hours/week. An earlier start on no school days is desired and the schedule will be provided in advance. This role’s responsibilities include picking up the children from school, transporting them to/from activities, supervising playdates, preparing snacks, helping out with an occasional grocery or Target run, children’s laundry, running the dishwasher, and keeping everyone safe, happy, on task, and off screens. Openness to an occasional walk and/or playtime with the family’s adorable pet dog would be wonderful.
• The family is excited to interview candidates who are patient, organized, and creative with how they organize activities for each afternoon and provide care. Nannies who can be fun and silly, but also are able to establish and maintain consistent boundaries are the perfect match. Proactivity instead of reactivity is key for this role. Comfort around water is a must as the family has a pool and pond membership over the summer. Both parents work hybrid schedules and sometimes work from home.
