The Veranda Assisted Living: Telesales Representative

Job Description


Job Summary:

  • Answer incoming calls of individuals having interest in our services.
  • Educate family members and prospective residents regarding our services.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and follow up with residents, families and referral sources regarding potential admissions.
  • Enter and update customer information and notes in the database.
  • Conduct interviews of potential residents the facility.
  • Verify potential resident insurance coverage and income.
  • Coordinate and facilitate appropriate admission to our facility.
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of client payment sources, for example; Medicaid, Social Security, SSI, MLTC.



  • Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Dedication and compassion to provide seniors with services.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
  • Must be comfortable presenting our Assisted Living services over the phone.
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.



$80 Weekly pay.

Paid Time Off.
