The Talent Management Generalist is responsible for owning and enhancing the Operations manager onboarding experience while supporting broader talent management initiatives. This role will own the 30/60/90-day onboarding framework, leveraging data analytics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements. Additionally, this position collaborates on key Talent Management programs, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with GHUC’s strategic goals. In addition, the TMG will provide administrative and project support for other People Team programs and initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, Talent Coordinator, or HR Administrative Support professional.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office systems, with proficiency in navigating databases such as MS Excel and/or scheduling systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, credentialing, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including non-verbal communication.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities typically include:
- Lead the Onboarding program end-to-end, ensuring projects stay on track, meeting established timelines and milestones while communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Continuously review and evaluate the program, recommending and implementing enhancements that improve effectiveness.
- Refines the ACP Onboarding (30/60/90 day) process to align with GHUC’s strategic goals.
- Welcomes and communicates with each new ACP hire, identifying training availability, confirming the training schedule, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborates with the manager to use data analytics to establish metrics and evaluation methods for assessing the impact and effectiveness of the onboarding program.
- Analyzes onboarding data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicates with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to onboarding initiatives.
- Provides recommendations and innovative ideas to improve the onboarding experience, including automation and digitalization of processes, tools, and resources.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of Talent Management projects, programs, and initiatives such as performance management, career development, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Supports the Talent Management team in administrative and project coordination tasks to drive engagement and elevate performance.
- Supports other Talent Management initiatives as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
