Server – Event Services – Part Time

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants.

The Banquet Department caters to our unique private dining & event studios, including ballroom space, indoor and outdoor pre-function space and beach venues. Banquet Servers are responsible for shaping the guests’ dining experience through passion, style and personal spirit. Servers will provide insights based on intimate product knowledge and the desire to ensure complete guest fulfillment as it relates to the dining experience. Service will be thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient.

Hourly Rate: $14

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be able to work alternating scheduled work shifts on any day of the week that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have a license certification to sell/serve alcohol
