Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The Banquet Department caters to our unique private dining & event studios, including ballroom space, indoor and outdoor pre-function space and beach venues. Banquet Servers are responsible for shaping the guests’ dining experience through passion, style and personal spirit. Servers will provide insights based on intimate product knowledge and the desire to ensure complete guest fulfillment as it relates to the dining experience. Service will be thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient.

Hourly Rate: $14

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• Must be available to provide a minimum two full days of work availability each week

• Must have a license certification to sell/serve alcohol
