The Opportunity

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Senior Manager, B2B Marketing will be directly responsible for driving awareness, preference, and conversion for the Hyatt portfolio of brands and the World of Hyatt program through B2B marketing strategies, branding campaigns, tradeshows, events, sponsorships, loyalty marketing, and other major B2B marketing initiatives.

The Senior Manager will support all Hyatt Sales teams with the strategic development and execution of efforts across our corporate relationships, group/meeting/event planners, luxury travel advisors, and meetings and incentives (MICE) specialists.


This highly collaborative Senior Manager will also manage various levels of agency, vendor, and internal relationships-including B2B Managers, Loyalty, Brand teams, Corporate Communications, and Regional Marketing-to successfully achieve the role’s objectives.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, B2B Marketing. You will be part of a team passionate about inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills and building connections with stakeholders, colleagues, and guests across the organization.

The Role

The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing is responsible for strategizing and leading global B2B marketing initiatives, including branding campaigns, trade shows, events, sponsorships, loyalty marketing, and other major B2B marketing programs. This role collaborates with and supports all Hyatt B2B sales teams and makes impactful, results-driven decisions to identify and act on strategic opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of integrated internal and external global B2B marketing plans, including brand campaigns (e.g., Together by Hyatt , Be More Here ) and specialty initiatives (e.g., wellness, luxury).
  • Evaluate opportunities and manage the marketing budget to support meetings, events, and related strategic marketing efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and support Hyatt’s presence at key trade shows, including booth branding, design approvals, activations, staffing, pre-event briefings, marketing collateral, and video content.
  • Collaborate on the creation of B2B marketing materials that support key initiatives across Hyatt Sales teams.
  • Manage and execute key sponsorship and partnership activations across the B2B portfolio.
  • Leverage marketing reports to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights & Analytics to study trends, customer needs, behaviors, and segmentation to refine strategies, evaluate campaign performance, and identify best practices.
  • Strategize and collaborate with the B2B Marketing Director, managers, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all B2B programs, campaigns, and platforms, in accordance with Hyatt brand standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to Hyatt’s core values.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications


Education

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related field-or equivalent professional experience.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or related sectors.

The salary range for this position is $108,800 to $140,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
