This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, will play a critical role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that elevate Celebrity Cruises’ positioning, drive demand and enhance customer engagement. Working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams, this leader will drive the development of integrated marketing strategies, innovative multichannel campaigns, and new channel opportunities to maximize reach and scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns that strengthen Celebrity Cruises’ market positioning, drive demand and deepen consumer engagement
- Lead the end-to-end development of multichannel campaigns, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience across paid, owned and earned media
- Drive innovation in campaign launch strategies, including the exploration of new channels to expand reach and scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling insight-driven campaigns & content strategies that deliver measurable business impact (e.g. increased web traffic, impressions, click-through rates etc.)
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that ensure consistent & cohesive storytelling across all consumer touchpoints
- Maintain brand consistency and a unified voice across all marketing channels and consumer experience
- Present to senior leadership on campaign strategy and ongoing development
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- 8+ years of experience working in a brand marketing or brand strategy role. Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
- Strategic & innovative thinker
- Impactful storyteller – verbally & visually
- Very high attention to detail
- Highly proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on PowerPoint
- Project management
- Self-starter and ability to identify tasks at hand
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics & execution
