Description:Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics business, is looking for a Security Representative Stf. within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.



The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.



The chosen candidate for this position will perform as a Security Representative Stf. supporting multiple SAPs within the P51 Portfolio of the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The P51 portfolio is home to many contracts, each with its own requirements and customers, spanning a wide range of security levels. The candidate selected for this role will serve as CPSO for one or more of these contracts within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities


-Oversee and manage security operations for SAP/SAR programs, including security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access coordination, and secure communications/computing.
-Ensure personnel meet all clearance and investigative requirements for program access.
-Conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended preventive actions.
-Manage and enforce courier procedures for secure information and materials.
-Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs), and inspect proposed SAPF areas to ensure compliance.
-Prepare and coordinate requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWAs), and any required waiver documentation.


Qualifications

-Be able to work successfully within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment alongside other functional teams
-Have experience developing relationships with different stakeholders (PMs, Program Offices, etc.) to understand their unique security requirements and provide tailored support
-Be able to design and implement comprehensive security solutions that balance risk management with business needs
-Be prepared to take ownership of all security facets and challenges associated with the contract(s) under purview
-Experience with SAPs, Transportation Plans, Test Plans, DD254s, Investigations, Personnel Security, Physical Security, etc.
-Well-versed in pertinent Industrial Security guidance, to include 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and the DoDM 5205.07
-Familiar with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements

Preferred Qualifications
-Possess a Top Secret security clearance, current within the last 6 years, and be able to maintain SAP/SCI access
-Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
-Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
-Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office



MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. It will require a Top Secrete clearance.
Basic Qualifications:

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
