Sinclair Broadcast Group and AMP Sales & Marketing Solutions are seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to help lead our high-performing team in Asheville, NC. This individual will be a forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and specializes in digital and linear process management, post-sale campaign execution, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Support


  • Supervise and mentor three Marketing Assistants who support both linear and digital campaign efforts.
  • Motivate the team and foster a positive, collaborative workspace.
  • Work to evenly distribute workloads between Marketing Assistants.
  • Serve as a backup for Marketing Assistants as needed.
  • Assist the sales management team as needed with revenue-generating tasks such as tracking performance, contributing ideas, anddriving team performance.

Campaign & Process Management

  • Oversee the accuracy and timely launch of digital campaigns through the Digital Hub Platform.
  • Minimize station-at-fault makegoods to less than 1% of monthly revenue.
  • Catch and resolve vendor errors within the first two weeks of campaign launch.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of all digital and linear solutions and launch processes.
  • Continuously analyze post-sale workflows to identify and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Manage VIP accounts throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process in partnership with Sales & Marketing Managers and Specialists. Responsibilities include organizing internal workflows, streamlining campaign execution, and delivering high-touch, white-glove service-with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and driving continued growth for key accounts.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration


  • Support Sales & Marketing Specialists during the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
  • Attend client business reviews as needed, providing optimization suggestions and strategic insights.
  • Ensure Sales & Marketing Specialists have accurate and timely reporting for business reviews.
  • Guide Sales & Marketing Specialists on key platforms and tools:
    • Pre-launch: Buzzboard, Waymark, Futuri, Media Planner, OSI, AOS
    • Post-launch: Digital Hub, SBGA, Google Analytics



Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising management.
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Strong understanding of digital and linear advertising processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot quickly.
  • Confident in presenting campaign results, providing training, and leading business reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and adapt quickly in a fast-changing ad tech environment.
  • Proficient in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and platforms like SELL, AOS, OSI (or similar CRMs/order systems).
