Are you a skilled Property Manager with a TCS certification looking to showcase your Tax Credit experience? Our client, an affordable-housing focused organization, is seeking a Property Manager to join their busy and growing team on a temporary to permanent basis! About the Job:
- Handle all daily operations of public housing properties, collaborating with service coordinators, the custodial team, and technicians.
- Ensure LIHTC compliance and monitor accounts receivable.
- Inspect the property and units, recommend repairs, and supervise maintenance technicians.
- Resolve tenant conflicts, attend grievance hearings, court proceedings, and community meetings.
- Conduct annual recertifications and ensure files are maintained in accordance with HUD standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Property Management.
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant property management experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A TCS certification and LIHTC experience are required.
- Strong technical accuracy with the ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines.
About the Position:
- $35/hr-$45/hr, while temporary.
- $75k-$100k, when converted to permanent.
- 100% on-site near Baltimore, MD.
- TCS Certification required!
