Job Summary

The Project Manager – CRM is responsible for managing the project planning, execution, and completion of multiple consumer behavior projects. This role works cross collaboratively to coordinate tasks, draft requirements, manage timelines, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure martech projects are delivered on time and within scope.



Essential Functions

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to support CRM initiatives across CBRM, Regions, Touring, and Festivals. This includes gathering requirements, assigning tasks, identifying key stakeholders, and allocating resources to ensure clarity and alignment from project initiation through completion.
  • Drive process optimization and workflow improvements by applying project management methodologies and tools to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support consistent delivery across teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including training materials, user guides, and system usage best practices to ensure teams have a clear understanding of CRM capabilities, limitations, and procedures-enabling more effective adoption and execution.
  • Lead day-to-day project execution by tracking progress, identifying milestones, managing risks, and capturing key wins. Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating meetings and providing regular, data-driven status reports and insights to executives for informed decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence), ensuring data integrity and visibility across initiatives. This centralized tracking supports transparency, accountability, and real-time reporting across all CRM-related projects.
  • Communicate project health and performance to executive leadership through concise updates, executive-ready dashboards, and milestone reviews-ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts by coordinating rollout strategies, stakeholder communications, and post-launch support to ensure smooth adoption of CRM enhancements and related tools.

Required Qualifications


  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Business, Marketing or Finance
  • 2-4 years Of related work experience
  • Experience with Excel, Jira/Confluence, and Smartsheet required.
  • Strong and detail-oriented communication skills and ability to collaborate with wide range of audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Highly adaptable, motivated, proactive problem-solver with good decision making skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new processes to best support cross-functional initiatives
  • Interest in new cool tech and data-driven discoveries.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Marketing knowledge preferred.
  • Technical project management experience preferred.

Pay Scale: $ 72,138 – $109,301

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
