We are a growing company and looking to hire a Product Manager at Pepin Manufacturing!! *Full-Time 1st Shift Team Member, Mon. – Fri.* *Salary Range: $60k – $80k. · Do you like Math?.

Are you Creative?. Do you have some Mechanical Aptitude?.

Have experience with Solidworks / Drafting?. If so – the Product Manager Position may be for you!!!

· The Product Manager is responsible for assisting production and sales by providing costing for products and assisting with the development processes to manufacture new products to internal and external customer specifications.

This will involve the converting, slitting, lint roller, urethane and electrotherapy divisions. Duties will include technical assistance to sales staff; evaluating product application and trends; assisting sales and purchasing with material sourcing; working with press operators to determine how parts will run on press; and ongoing monitoring of product costs.

· A positive attitude and the ability to work with others on existing & new projects within the medical device and industrial product fields is a prerequisite.

· Initial training would take place at our Wabasha Facility & then the position has flexibility to work between the Wabasha and/or Lake City plant sites.
