Description:
You will be the Prj Mgt & Png Ops Staff. Our team oversees and manages the operational aspects of production and serves as liaison between program management, cross-functional program team, and factory management/support teams.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Prj Mgt & Png Ops Staff, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assessing production issues and develops resolutions to meet IOP, contract and financial commitments.
• This role specifically supports ATP Sniper and will interface with all manufacturing sites including Orlando (SITC, MEC, MOC, OCC), Ocala and Santa Barbara. Responsibilities will include cost, quality and schedule for each center as well as fostering cross-functional collaboration on Program to solve schedule and technical challenges.
• Onsite support will be required to supplement Orlando and Ocala Operations as needed. Supplier travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Must possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and full spectrum leadership competencies.
Experience with production/manufacturing environment and flow.
Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Degree.
Knowledge of electronics assembly/test.
Prior experience in manufacturing.
Experience in capacity and capital planning.
First Unit Flow planning and execution.
Cost analysis and budget management experience.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
