We are looking for a quality Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team at New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy! We have an experienced staff and a great rapport in the community. As a SLP, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the owners and collaborate with other disciplines within the company in order to support the clients, deliver evidenced based practices, and nurture the business' and your own continued growth. We know the value of being able to leave work at work and focus on your family when you get home at night.
About the ROLE: We have a family friendly clinic schedule for our therapists of 8am to 5pm and therapists can cater the benefits they receive. As a Pediatric SLP with our company, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of children and thier families in a positive way every day. You will manage a caseload including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring. We are highly focused on family education as well, since carryover at home can have a tremendous impact on progress. Candidates must be compassionate and personable. Candidates should be willing to learn and collaborate with other disciplines (OT, PT) daily. CEU reimbursement is available each year as we are focused on providing evidenced-based top notch care. At NBPT, we show our clients that we care about them first and foremost, and then work on targeted outcomes. With this method, families and clients are motivated to carryover strategies at home and in the community.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35-37.50/hour

Qualifications
· Master's degree of an accredited speech therapy curriculum
· ASHA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license to practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 per year
