As a Payment Sales Program Support will play a dual role as both a leader and a coach, partnering with the Payments Sales Program Manager to deliver best in class new hire onboarding and comprehensive curriculum to new Associates and TMOs. This role demands an experienced communications professional who is articulate, organized, resourceful, and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hire Associates and TMOs, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and deliver standardized programs for new hires within Payment Sales, focusing on their first 90 days, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Manage the internal transition of associates moving from Analysts to Associates or transitioning from other LOBs/roles.
  • Act as an additional resource for Associate line managers in partnership with Program Manager, providing guidance and support to Associates through their new hire journey.
  • Represent CB Payment Sales in cross-functional initiatives related to sales, service, implementation, product, and operations. Address issues related to Treasury Services processes and products, focusing on risk management and client experience.
  • Adhere to the control environment for business growth and expansion, identifying and acting on efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage change and process improvements, including impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience in Treasury Services, particularly in businesses similar to Payments in Commercial Bank
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Services products, strategies, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across various business levels.
  • Openness to active developmental feedback from peers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including PitchPro.
