This position requires regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; intermittently performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Monday through Friday; 7:00a – 3:30pm, 7:30am – 4:00pm, 8:00am – 4:30pm

The Patient Financial Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of transplant billing staff for billing and follow-up. This will be completed by providing workflow management, assessing organizational structure, processes and tools, and work productivity and standards. Individual will also be responsible for working side by side with Transplant Analyst to complete billing and follow-up functions and be hands on with resolution of any inventory opportunities. This position will work with the manager to establish goals and objectives for the transplant staff, serve as a communication liaison for clinical department leadership, and promote Patient Financial Services initiatives for both Physician and Hospital Billing Offices. The Supervisor will also manage staffing needs by interviewing and selecting best-fit candidates; complete time-keeping functions; lead through appropriate training, coaching, and corrective action; and serve as the next level of escalation for Transplant and Specialty staff and other departmental contacts.

This is a fully remote position.

Previous Management Experience, Reporting and Data Analysis, Transplant Billing, Microsoft Excel, Revenue Cycle.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience preferred.
