What You’ll Do

As our Technical Recruiter in Poland, you will:

• Partner directly with the senior team to define hiring needs

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for engineering, product, and data roles

  
  

• Manage recruitment pipelines, interview scheduling, and candidate experience

• Build a strong local network of engineers and technical talent

  
  

• Assist in setting up recruitment infrastructure (ATS, outreach templates, metrics tracking)

• Collaborate with global HR and recruiting operations in Europe and Asia

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Poland, fluent in English (Polish is a plus)

  
  

• 2–5 years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency)

• Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.

  
  

• Proven success in hiring for developers, PMs, or data engineers

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely across time zones

  
  

• Bonus: experience recruiting in international or startup environments
