Overview:

– Practice consists of 3 Doctors. 2 Full-time, 1 Part-time. This is a private Doctor owned group.

– Group has a Retina specialist, high volume potential for Cornea Specialist.

– Large Referral network from all Optometrists in the area, as we have 10-12 in the area that refer to us.

Our practice does not do any optical. We have a large cataract patient population.

– Group has 3 offices, the main office is in Springfield, OH.

– Current providers work up to 36 hours a week, with 1/2 days on Fridays.

– Daily volume potential can be 12-16 procedures a day.

Group is currently booked up 3 months in advance.

– Typical weekly work flow can be 3 days in a clinic and 1 day in surgery. We are flexible due to the volume potential for a new provider.

– Partnership in Surgery center and Group offered after year 1.

Partnership can consist of real estate, surgery center and practice.

– No Nights, No call, No weekends.

– Base salary + percent of collections model, full benefits, PTO, 401K match, Med Mal and CME of 3K with CME time off.
