What You Will Be Doing
Candidate will manage production activities on the S&GS Advanced Threat Warning Sensors as well as special projects for the Advanced and Special Programs team as directed by the SGSAP Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for cost and schedule of the manufacturing of Advanced Threat Warning Sensors across seven (7) manufacturing centers. Significant coordination with other functional areas and sites including engineering, quality, procurement, along with Ocala, Archbald, Dallas and Santa Barbara manufacturing sites to drive key program tasks and Operations/Manufacturing excellence.
• Leading the strategic direction of the program in the areas of proposals, program planning and execution, manpower planning, capital/capacity planning, NRE activity and process development. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with the customer and at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence and be able to author program directives (PD’s). Position may involve limited travel.

Basic Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related field.
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Mix of Project Management/Manufacturing/Procurement/Production Control experience.
Strong communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of employees, including executive management level.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Production Operations leadership experience.
Production/Manufacturing and Machining experience.
Development and transition to production program experience.
Experience in the design of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining and material handling
Capital Planning & Management experience
Lean and Six Sigma experience, minimum green belt certification
Certified Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
