Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist or assistant will assess the client's attitudes, behavior, and ability to function in community and employment settings, create individualized service plans with actionable strategies, and track progress through follow-up reports. Plans will include recommendations for staff interventions to support client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct written occupational therapy assessments.
• Evaluate skills like ADLs, community navigation, and job readiness.
• Develop person-centered service plans with actionable recommendations.
• Train staff to implement therapeutic strategies.
• Monitor progress and update plans as needed.
• Document client progress and participate in team discussions.
• Promote community engagement and recommend adaptive tools.

Qualifications:

Experience conducting written assessments in a healthcare setting.
