Disney Central is currently looking for Multi Language Sales Agent, bilingual English speakers with fluency in Spanish!
They focus on creating magical vacation planning experiences using outstanding Guest service skills and strong attention to detail. They assist Guests, Clients and Travel Agents calling from the US and worldwide traveling to Walt Disney World. Our Agents will be required to address the needs of our Guests by establishing a positive rapport with emphasis on sales and service.
Located in Orlando, FL, this is an hourly position with an incentive program based on performance, conversion rates, and average handling time metrics. We also attend a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance and knowledge assessments.
The operating hours of Disney Central Orlando are Sunday through Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 11:15 p.m.
The starting pay rate for this position is $18.25 per hour, with an opportunity for the pay rate to be higher based on experience. They will have the ability to earn performance incentives ranging from an average of $2.50 to $7.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
In this position, the agents meet or exceed Disney’s quality and guest service standards, by providing comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort using numerous software applications during the process. They will support our Latin America Consumer Direct channel and Walt Disney World® Resort Room, Dine & Recreation bookings and Ticket products. In addition, this team will assist Guests who have already booked a resort reservation by providing services such as taking payments, making reservation modifications, recommending booking additional vacation experiences and other projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
- One (1) year of Sales and Services experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and oral communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new policies, procedures, product lines and new software applications
- Ability to be flexible and react to new situations and information quickly while partnering with other departments
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services
- Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment while navigating between multiple and concurrent computer applications, as well as familiarity with mobile applications
- Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
- Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services
- Sales or service experience in a call center environment
- Familiar with international vacation planning practices
- Ability to learn and multiple computer systems and lines of business; Resort Sales, Travel Trade and AlaCarte
