Mass Torts Attorney (2 – 4 yr)

We are seeking a litigation associate with 2–4 years of experience to join our mass tort and class action practice. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in high-impact litigation from day one. Candidates should have strong litigation skills and a demonstrated interest in complex civil litigation. Defense-side attorneys with relevant experience are encouraged to apply—particularly those interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side work.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Manage case activity in California state and federal courts, including:
  • Drafting and filing complaints, motions, and other pleadings
  • Handling discovery and communicating with opposing counsel
  • Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
  
  

• Coordinate with co-counsel and participate in multi-district or coordinated proceedings
• Work closely with clients and experts in developing litigation strategy
• Assist with settlement discussions and implementation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate and active CA State Bar membership are required.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience in mass torts or class action in California
• Familiarity with court procedures, filing systems, and judge preferences in LA and surrounding counties
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Experience with mass torts, product liability, or class actions is highly desirable

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000
• Plus Commission Pay/Attorney Fees 
• Medical & Dental (HMO/PPO Options)
