Job Summary:

Responsible for leisure group sales of 10 rooms or more without meeting space booked by tour operators and travel agents for the Nevada and New Jersey properties for specific inbound feeder markets. This position will be responsible for having a clear understanding of the needs related to each specific property and a clear understanding and working knowledge of how to impact occupancies and revenue through the Leisure Group area by driving business as required for each property. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining business relationships and strategic partnerships, including but not limited to negotiating Contracts, prospecting and soliciting leisure group customers, and traveling to promote the properties through direct sales calls and trade shows. This person will be expected to grow production and increase ADR through proactive sales efforts for the leisure group segment for the Las Vegas market.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Prospect / solicit B2B customers to build leisure group business for relevant market segments
  • Negotiate room rates and contract conditions
  • Finalize contracts with clients for the Nevada and New Jersey markets
  • Proactively problem solve for the Leisure Group segment with all Leisure Group Managers and Coordinators
  • Travel to promote Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties
  • Conduct site surveys of all Las Vegas properties
  • Grow production and increase ADR through proactive sales effort
  • Participate in development of an annual individual and team action plan
  • Assure all team reports are completed and submitted on time
  • Identify periods where demand creation and/or movement is necessary and take action to impact said periods;
  • Partner closely with all related departments such as Revenue Management, Reservations, Accounting, Meeting Sales, and Hotel Operations to help guide overall Las Vegas strategies and tactics as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Transient / Leisure Sales for multi-product businesses.
  • Must possess very strong interpersonal, communication and consensus building skills;
  • Must be a quick learner and adapt to a dynamic, fluid working environment.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
  • Must possess strong motivational skills and leadership skills.
