The Lead Product Manager is a recognized expert in their professional discipline and plays a key role in implementing strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading large initiatives, establishing and communicating operational plans for the job area, and developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, and plans that will have a significant impact on the achievement of functional results.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of significantly launching and improving on products, processes and practices, and effectively communicating with senior leadership. As a Lead Product Manager, you will also be responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to others, as well as solving complex cross-cutting problems and making logical, sound decisions.

- Manage multiple products or a product portfolio
- Lead new demand/intake discussions across business units.
- Plan and lead discovery sessions for large, multi-year initiatives.
- Anticipate user needs and understand personas for cross-products
- Anticipate and guide prioritization across multiple products or the Product Portfolio Development Roadmap and Product Backlog.
- Guide cross-portfolio resources on assigned tasks and identify resource needs aligned with overall enterprise objectives
- Engage cross-functional business and technical leaders to ensure alignment on initiatives.
- Lead the product life cycle process and deliverables, from market research and idea generation through development, sales, and customer support.
- Anticipate potential risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-teams, define mitigation plans, and communicate and escalate where needed.
- Anticipate leadership/stakeholder needs and proactively address any gaps.
- Positively influence recommended outcomes across complex capabilities and initiatives
- Use industry knowledge and experience to anticipate user needs
- Build business cases and define metrics for measuring value and ROI for investments.
- Develop, define, influence, and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Influence roadmap priorities based on value and measure qualitative and quantitative impacts to understand user sentiment and business value metrics.
- Act as an intermediary between the business and architecture/engineering teams.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technology, assessing the level of effort and impact from a technical perspective.
- Guide through trust and transparency and be viewed as a respected contributor by business, engineering, peers, and stakeholders.

- Perform market and user research and trend analysis.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and leader
Requirements/Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related role
- Demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or a related healthcare field.
- Solid working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Product Management, Agile, or related certification
- Tools: Aha, and Jira or Azure DevOps
