Join our team at French’s Cabinet Gallery!  With over 25 years excellence in custom cabinetry, we specialize in premium brands like Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry, Mouser, and more.  We’re looking for a talented kitchen and bath designer with 20/20 experience, as well as strong customer service, project management and sales skills.  If you’re passionate about cabinet design and craftsmanship, and enjoy working closely with clients to bring their dream spaces to life, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and vision
• Create custom cabinet designs using 20/20 software
• Present design solutions and pricing
• Manage client expectations, following the project from initial consultation to completion of installation to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with builders and interior designers
• Knowledge of product specifications
• Contribute to showroom presentation and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in 20/20 design software (essential to success)
• Proven cabinet design and sales experience (minimum 3 year track record preferred)
• Strong project management skills
• Sales oriented mindset
• Attention to detail
• Client focused approach with excellent communication skills

Work Environment

• Professional showroom setting
• New construction and remodeling jobsite visits for for field measure, oversight of installation, and punchlist for completion
• Business Hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Appointment-based client interactions preferred, but walk-ins welcome
• Collaborative team effort

Compensation

Competitive annual salary starting at $55,000 base with unlimited potential for commissions!  Benefits include mileage reimbursement and paid vacation, as well as 401k with company match after 1-year of employment.
