You will be the JASSM (Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile) Development Program Manager for our team, responsible for leading the execution of JASSM Missile Operating Flight Program (MOFP) contracts. Our team is responsible for developing and integrating advanced capabilities for the JASSM cruise missile franchise, with a focus on next-generation variants and mission planning tools.
What You Will Be Doing
As the JASSM Development Program Manager, you will lead the execution of MOFP roadmaps, coordinating with program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of missile software and successful qualification of each JASSM variant. You will identify barriers and risks to software development and execute plans to mitigate them, while also capturing new business opportunities through collaboration with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the execution of JASSM MOFP roadmaps and aligning with hardware configuration programs
• Coordinating with program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of missile software
• Identifying and mitigating risks to software development, including leading Agile software development and automation of software qualification
• Capturing new business through collaboration with customers and developing RFPs, proposals, and negotiations

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – A company-sponsored interim secret with an investigation within 5 years is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
• Experience in risk identification and management
• Experience with Proposal Process (proposal prep, EPP, negotiations)
• Strong problem solving skills; Quick learner
• Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel
• Leadership of cross-functional teams with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule, and cost performance
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
• Experience establishing strong customer relationships
• Active Secret security clearance with a reinvestigation within 5 years.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Agile Software Development
• Experience with missile systems & sub-systems
• Experience with Development Programs
• Demonstrated executive presence with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
• Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
• Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
