About the Company:


This role is for a partner agency in the automotive technology industry, specializing in cutting-edge vehicle safety solutions. They focus on innovative dashcam technology that enhances road safety and fleet management, providing drivers and businesses with smarter, more efficient security solutions.

Location: Germany – Remote, with occasional on-site presence
Employment Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Temporary Contract



Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Book and rebook dashcam installations across your region
  • Coordinate daily with depots and installation partners
  • Track vehicle readiness and installation progress
  • Troubleshoot issues like depot mix-ups or missing vehicles
  • Run pre-install calls to confirm logistics and site readiness
  • Share site info and contact details with installers
  • Report on progress and identify blockers
  • Suggest improvements to streamline operations

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful


  • Experience in operations, logistics, or field installations
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, or tracking tools
  • Strong multitasker with attention to detail
  • Available Mon–Fri, 9–5 CET, with occasional early starts (7am–3pm)
  • Location & Time Zone: Based in Germany, working 9–5 CET (may shift to 7–3 during peak periods). Remote-first, with occasional on-site presence fully supported.
