Gritman Medical Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customers/employees.
- Create and maintain personnel files.
- Manage inventory for the department.
- Oversee user setup and security across multiple systems.
- Record and route purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist the Director and other team members with daily tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
- No formal education, licenses, or certifications required.
- No prior work experience necessary.
Preferred
- At least one year of experience in a clerical or office setting preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of general office functions (e.g., typing, filing, organizing meetings, generating reports).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with others cooperatively and courteously.
- Excellent customer service skills in line with “The Gritman Way.”
