Head of Systems & Automation at Sell Smart Real Estate – a US-based Real Estate company making selling simple, fair, and flexible

About the company

Sell Smart Real Estate is looking for a vision executor—someone who thrives on bringing big ideas to life with systems, automation, and tech. As the Head of Systems & Automation, you’ll work side-by-side with the founder to translate vision into operational excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and implement AI-driven tools to scale fast.



What you’ll do:

  • Act as the founder’s right hand to drive company growth and operational efficiency


  • Own implementation of systems, automations, and backend workflows across teams

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and recommend tools that move the business forward


  • Develop, connect, and maintain tech stacks (Zapier, GoHighLevel, APIs, AI agents, CRMs)


  • Translate business needs into automations or code-based solutions (Python, JS, etc.)


  • Manage special projects from ideation to execution.

  • Streamline communication between marketing, sales, product, and tech


  • Build dashboards, bots, or internal tools to optimize performance and insights, or AI agents


You’re a fit if you:


  • Have experience building or integrating no-code/low-code tools + custom scripts


  • Stay plugged into the latest AI trends (GPTs, agents, automations, etc.)


  • Can write clean, efficient code (bonus: Python, JavaScript, Node, or similar)

  • Think like a founder—strategic, scrappy, and self-directed


  • Have experience running ops in a fast-moving startup or entrepreneurial environment

  • Love turning chaos into clarity with systems


  • Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical teams


Bonus points for:

  • Experience with platforms like OpenAI API, LangChain, Zapier, Make, GHL


  • Past roles as COO, Ops Manager, Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager

  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, CRMs, and growth automation
