A growing healthcare and pharmacy organization is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across its retail and mail-order businesses.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary financial liaison with the external accountants and take ownership of key accounting functions, from daily bookkeeping to strategic financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for external accountants to facilitate smooth coordination and compliance

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and data entry

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with accounting partners

Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll coordination

Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices, tax filings, and financial reports to regulatory agencies

Support financial audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies or compliance concerns

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or multi-site retail environments

Proficiency with Intacct Sage and Microsoft Excel, with a strong grasp of financial data management

Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, tax compliance, and regulatory guidelines

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit preparation

Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
