Enterprise Retail Manager/UKHC

The Gift Shop Manager oversees the daily operations of all UK HealthCare Gift Shops, combining retail management, creative merchandising, and team leadership. This role is responsible for selecting and purchasing merchandise, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring all displays align with the UK HealthCare brand. The manager also organizes seasonal promotions and fundraising events to engage employees, patients, and visitors.

This position supervises a mix of full-time staff, part-time staff, and volunteers—handling hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth shop operations. The Gift Shop Manager also manages budgets, maintains financial records, and works closely with the UKHC Auxiliary and accounting teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance with policies.

Preferred candidates will have experience in retail or healthcare management, along with buying, vendor coordination, and inventory oversight. Familiarity with UK HealthCare systems and volunteer coordination is also preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management tools.
