- Job Title: EHS Supervisor
- Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Location: Fuquay Varina, NC
Position Responsibilities: EHS Supervisor
- Support and lead day-to-day EHS operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employee levels.
- Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop corrective actions.
- Monitor environmental metrics and implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections.
Position Requirements: EHS Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to support emergency response planning.
