Hyatt Hotels and Resorts
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate transportation requests, including taxis, shuttles, or other services
- Assist with luggage handling and facilitate communication between valet and bell services
- Provide accurate hotel and local area information to guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front drive area
- Support a safe and efficient flow of traffic in front of the property
- Perform additional duties as required by the Bell/Valet or Front Office team
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move moderate amounts of weight (up to 50 lbs)
