Customer Service Representative

Company in southwest Charlotte looking for a Customer Service Rep – Distrubution, to join their team and support clients. Contract to hire. Pay: 24/ hour. Regular business hours.



Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our team with administrative and customer service tasks, as well as light accounts payable responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service support, including answering phones and responding to inquiries

  • Create and maintain customer files based on submitted credit applications


  • Enter new quotes and orders into the system and follow up as needed

  • Assist with accounts payable functions, including processing checks


  • Monitor and post shipping charges

  • Create and maintain electronic invoice files (primarily via email), ensuring accurate posting and payment
