AsController,youwillmanageallaspectsoffinancialreporting,budgeting,compliance,andriskoperationsensuringwetakecareoutteamsinthefieldandlivebyourvalues.

WhatYoullDo

FinancialLeadership&Reporting

• Preparemonthlyfinancialstatements,includingP&LsforrestaurantsandG&Adepartments
• Overseebalancesheets,cashflowstatements,andoperationalreporting
• Monitorandimprovefinancialcontrols,includingtax,benefits,andbankingcompliance

Budget&AuditOversight

• Leadannualandquarterlybudgetingprocesses
• Supportdepartmentheadswithfinancialanalysisandplanning
• Coordinateallphasesoftheannualfinancialaudit

Risk&Compliance

• Manageriskprogramsincludingworkerscomp/generalliability
• Ensurecompliancewithpayroll,lease,andtaxregulations
• Leadinitiativestopreventfraudandmaintainregulatorystandards

DepartmentOversight

• Provideleadershiptoteamsacrosspayroll,treasury,risk,accounting,andAP
• FosteracollaborativeandproductiveculturewithintheRestaurantSupportCenterandfieldoperations

WhatYouBring

• BachelorsdegreeinAccounting(required)
• StrongunderstandingofGAAP
• Full-cycleaccountingandfinancialstatementpreparationexperience
• ProficientinExcel(intermediatetoadvanced)
• Knowledgeofleaseaccounting,payrollcompliance,andtaxplanning
• ExperiencewithMicrosoftBusinessCentral(orsimilarERP)isaplus
• Stronginterpersonalskillsandacollaborativeleadershipstyle
