Your New Role…
The Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the project configuration, acquisition, receipt, and delivery prep operations for Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) branded original programming for global distribution to the Max streaming platform, linear services, affiliates and other licensing partners. The coordinator will be responsible for tracking and managing content for distribution across global Max streaming platforms and services. This includes but is not limited to facilitating the receipt and verification of preliminary and final media files for scripted and unscripted original programming and licensed acquisitions. The coordinator will work with internal and external content teams and third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery of program masters, redeliveries, spot files and enhancement components (Closed Captions, Subtitles, audio tracks) for packaging and platform distribution.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Content Processing Operations
- Initiate project creation and configuration to facilitate content receipt and other internal and external operations.
- Utilize internal tools and applications to capture pertinent technical specifications, production/quality control notes, and any other essential documentation from production teams and/or licensors.
- Perform daily content reviews to verify specifications of master video files delivered from internal and external post-production teams.
- Confirm successful sub vendor proxy generation. Notify sub vendors of proxy availability and any pertinent production details.
- Enable the scheduling of delivered content for internal quality control reviews, coordinate with vendors for redeliveries as needed, ensuring all stakeholders are provided up to date information.
- Send approved content to media supply chain making it available for global distribution and fulfilment.
Administrative and Tracking
- Examine program schedules; anticipate and respond to requests for content version and format availability.
- Maintain trackers and business applications with the most current information.
- Communicate daily content status updates to internal and external stakeholder teams.
- Create purchase orders and coordinate the delivery of Closed Captioning, Audio Description and Global Components; update internal stakeholders of their receipt and availability within departmental storage.
Qualifications & Experiences…
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years content or media operations experience
- Accuracy, Extreme attention to detail and accuracy and strong organization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as various collaboration tools and apps (E.g., Google DriveSuite, Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Airtable, Slack)
- Knowledge of Business Objects, Tableau and or SQL/ data sets a plus
- Willingness to be available for short-notice overtime as needed

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $46,286.00 – $85,960.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
