What We’re Building
We operate high-output content sites using AI and automation. We’ve perfected chatbot prompts for high-quality content, but we need help integrating them into Make.com for seamless news and listicle production, directly feeding into Airtable.
What You’ll Do
- Audit & Diagnose: Review current prompts and Make.com scenarios to identify areas for improvement.
- Integration: Refine automation calls in Make.com to replicate chatbot tone, format, and quality.
- Prompt Engineering: Optimize prompts for better results (system messages, temperature, token limits).
- Scenario Optimization: Integrate automations into Make/Airtable workflows (e.g., Research > Rewrite > Fact-check > Final).
- Airtable Compatibility: Ensure outputs are Airtable-friendly (titles, summaries, HTML/Markdown).
- Debug & Iterate: Troubleshoot and fix discrepancies in tone and format.
You Should Have
- Experience with automation platforms like Make.com.
- Advanced skills in building content or editorial workflows.
- Strong prompt writing/editing skills and ability to translate chatbot behavior into code.
- Familiarity with Airtable schemas and publishing pipelines.
- Clear communication and documentation for collaborative teams.
- Bonus: Experience with token management, chaining calls, or fallback logic.
Why This Role Matters
We need to bridge the gap between our working prompts and automated output in Make. Your success will reduce listicle and news post production time from 20-30 minutes to just 5-10 minutes, scaling across our brands.
