What You Will Be Doing: 

Supports and assists Buyer II’s and III’s in the processing of documents per established policies and procedures. Check documents against purchase orders and inventory records for purchase prices and price discrepancies. Verifies information for completeness, accuracy and compliance. 50%
Assists departments in researching products and services. 20%
Maintains an accurate and current database of agreements, capital equipment, and purchase orders, etc., as assigned. Monitors and maintains files for each vendor, purchase order, and other related documents. 20%
Performs all clerical support services, but not limited to data entry, typing, filing, answering phones, etc. 10%
