Amazon Fashion and Fitness is seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to support the coordination and execution of organizational development and change management initiatives that drive sustainable transformations across the business. Your mission will be to support senior-leadership on the creation and flawless execution of initiatives that help keep the organization running smoothly. You will work to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories). You will be our customers’ best advocate, driving ideation and articulating/quantifying the value for our customers. You will balance long term think-big vision with high-velocity short-term execution.



The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business judgement, bias for action, and the desire to continuously invent and simplify. This person has end-to-end research, roadmap management, and P&L experience, to drive long-term objectives for the business. They will have a high level of ownership and responsibility for identifying product improvements on behalf of customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Implement and drive regular reporting to, and document creation for, senior leaders.
• Partner with F2 finance team to evaluate the impact of potential programs, models, and other initiatives.
• Closely work with business teams, PMs to drive implementation of operational tasks and collectively feedback for continuous task and process improvement and optimization.
• Build and maintain mechanisms and community to support org-wide priorities.
• Work relentlessly to improve existing process.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience as a product manager or owner


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
