WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Maintains a wide variety of payroll information to ensure documentation availability and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Compiles and transmits payroll data, computes and posts wages, and reconciles errors to maintain payroll records.
- Resolves discrepancies with payroll and/or documentation to ensure accuracy of records and employee payments.
- Ensures all employees are paid on time and their paychecks are accurate.
- Performs timekeeping and record maintenance for temporary personnel.
- Ensures timely and compliant execution of regional distribution center purchasing related functions.
- Communicates with regional distribution center suppliers as necessary regarding contractual, financial, accounting, and/or performance obligations.
- Facilitates preparation and tracking of regional distribution center budgetary expenses, supports financial objectives, and compiles various reports.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years general office experience.
- OEM distribution experience, preferred.
- Experience working in a unionized environment, preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and have proven organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SAP, specifically the financial functions utilized for procurement and payment.

Relocation is not available for this position. This role requires full time attendance onsite.
The core hours are 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday thru Friday. The expected salary range for this position is $46,500.00 – $76,700.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
