Beacon Hill



Our client located near Southlake, Texas is looking for an experinenced accounting specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Enter and report payments accurately in QuickBooks
  • Manage travel expenses, invoices, and ensure proper payment deposits
  • Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to 1099 contractors
  • Update ACH payment batches and support electronic banking processes
  • Participate in special accounting projects as needed
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and ask the right questions to drive solutions


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Experience managing AR, AP, travel expenses, and invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
