The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Senior to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing Personnel Security (PERSEC) duties for the F-16 and F-22 Program. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:
• Process Program Access Requests (PAR) to include creating, reviewing for accuracy, tracking, and submitting via the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
• Develop and conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings
• Conduct periodic reviews of program access to ensure that individuals still require access to the program
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PARs, including submission dates, approval dates, and access levels
• Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for IFG security leadership
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
MUST BE A US CITIZEN – This position is located in a facility that may require special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Have extensive experience with and knowledge of DoD Manuals 5205.07, ICD 705, NISPOM 32 CFR, Part 117
• Possess a Secret Security Clearance, current within the last 5 years
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
• Must be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Must be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Prior experience with the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
• Prior industrial security experience (DOD Collateral or Special Programs)
• Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
