Remote Job Posting: Normalize & Enrich Data Management & Workflow Specialist (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage product data using Microsoft Excel and Import/Export Function with our ERP. Core Data Base Managment
- Track tasks and project progress with consistency and attention to deadlines.
- Support e-commerce uploads and validate catalog information.
- Help standardize part numbers and align data across vendors.
- Communicate with both U.S. and international teams.
- Hold yourself and teammates accountable to goals and task completion.
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, formulas).
- Ability to connect to our RDS platform to support our applications.
- High attention to detail and consistency in data work, strong written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused, must have high performing analytical skills
- Reliable internet and availability to work U.S. hours (at least partial overlap).
- Understand API connectivity and manage optimized data set integrations.
- Comfortable managing data formats including images, PDFs, HTML links, forms, and exports/imports.
- Skilled in vendor and internal part number management, including UOM (EA, LB, FT), weights, and specs.
- Daily interactions with our entire remote team. Engaging in specific duties that aid in the overall enriching of data. Team Meeting, Daily @ 9am PST.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with ERP systems—please specify your ERP experience when applying.
- Familiarity with industrial products (pipe, valves, fittings).
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel Online.
