Full Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Marketing & Experiences department within the LA Rams Partnerships Team.
 
This role will work in service of driving revenue in execution and management of both Partner & Commercial Marketing driven experiences, working cross functionally across the department, team, and organization, in every respect.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of partnership deliverables for NFL Game Days at Home as well as non-game day events including load in & load out for Home Games.
  • Responsible for coordinating deliverables associated with assigned Partner experiences, including tracking timelines and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Act as primary point of contact for select partners accounts regarding operational inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • In collaboration with other Coordinators, responsible for select Hospitality Experiences (Suites for Game Day / Concerts / etc.)
  • In collaboration with other Coordinators, responsible for select Partner driven merchandising and gifting deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including but not exclusive to partnership management, marketing, sales, stadium operations, premium / ticketing team, etc. to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner-related events, including game days, sponsor activations, community outreach programs, and other special events.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist the execution of Commercial Marketing experiences as called upon.

 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership management, sports marketing, or event coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to day-to-day responsibilities with a strong desire to learn and build internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as other tools such as Asana and Slack.
  • Knowledge of the NFL landscape and familiarity with league policies and procedures is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the sports industry and the Team Schedule.
  • May be asked to travel for work from time to time.

  • Must be ok with a hybrid work scenario with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary Range: $24/hr. Eligible for overtime pay.
