An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) to join their established, collegial team in Northeastern Iowa due to growth:


  • 4-day workweek
  • Low patient volume of 12-15 patients per day to focus on quality of care
  • Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
  • Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
  • IPERS (Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
  • Up to $375,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
  • J1 and H1B candidates encouraged to apply
