As a Seasonal Server at Osteria Sierra, you will provide elevated yet approachable service in our signature restaurant, offering fresh, seasonal cuisine in a relaxed mountain-modern setting.

This role is perfect for someone with strong service instincts, menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll guide each guest through a personalized dining experience, delivering thoughtful touches that reflect the charm of Lake Tahoe and the spirit of Osteria Sierra.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a warm, engaging, and professional manner

• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and describing seasonal specialtie

• Ensure all orders are accurate, timely, and presented to Hyatt standard

• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to create a seamless dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining room throughout service

• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standard

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred

• Excellent communication and guest service skill

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverage

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
